It’s been now more than week since we send the Mandala together with my Pumpkin Jacket so I better show you the final finished piece! I’m very pleased to say I really love it! We’ve never done anything like that, just quilted whole cloth quilt / hanging which is very intensively painted. We had no idea if it’s going to work, what if we smudge some paint, it was all one big experiment and I’m very happy it worked and I can’t wait to make another one now!!

In a less than a week I will know if it impressed the judges on the Festival of Quilts or not, wish me good luck.
