Finished and posted second time this year!!

YES I did it! In the last month I have made 9 new small pieces for the Open Studio, and finished the Moonlit Garden quilt in time for the Festival of Quilts and I’m still sane!!!
Open studio finished on Sunday, I have been quilting the Moonlit garden every evening of the OS and Monday and Tuesday have spend hand sewing the binding, sleeve, stretching it etc. And where is it now?? At my friend’s house, she is taking her own two quilts as well and delivering them in person tomorrow!! And what am I doing now? Having my feet up and enjoying the feeling of accomplishment … before I have to start working on the projects for new workshop list ( deadline 15th August) Holidays has started for Jasmine as well, so we’ll be spending a lot of time together at home, until my mum arrives from Czech Republic.

This is the quilting of the centre - which has all been un-picked and quilted again with a new choice of threads .... All the un-quilted places are windows on the other side.

All the quilting is in the very similar colour as the background fabric - I wanted it to be there but not to overtake the design of the Cathedral windows.
