Wow, I can’t believe I haven’t been blogging for so long, it’s not like I haven’t been doing things worth writing about and hopefully I’ll be able to prove that in next couple of weeks when I’ll try to tell you about the bag I made for friend, bag which was supposed to be a class, but I’m still not sure about, commission quilt, new pattern, another two bags, some place mats and matching apron, my youngest students and many many more.
I guess my blogging started to go down the hill with the beginning of summer holidays – which now month in the new school year seems ages ago. It was lovely to spend more time with our children but they are a handful sometimes! So in the evening all I wanted was to have some rest!
I was also working through my Mandala Magic course and was happy spending some evenings with my drawing stash rather than behind the computer. It’s so therapeutic and I’ve learned so much about myself. I love the connection of the spiritual work and art. It definitely inspired my to couple of pieces I’d like to do in textile as well and with some new batik fabrics in stock my fingers are itching, but I’m trying to be good girl and finish few pieces first… And also start blogging more regularly … for now enjoy some of my Mandala drawings, I’m definitely going to rejoin the course for next year again it’s so inspiring!!!
Thank you for reading
