This one-of-a-kind CHAKRA picture was made using silk rods and silk cocoons, threads and perle cottons. Cocoons and rods have been hand painted, Sanskrit names of Chakras has been free machine embroidered, cocoons hand stitched down. Piece sits in boxed frame, as the cocoons are cut in half and stand out.
Frame is 8 1/4″ wide, 18 1/2″ tall and 1 1/2″ deep.
Piece is signed and dated at the back.
