How do you like Sunny garden??

So I have put all the blocks together and I’m loving it! The trouble is now that I need to build the size little bit bigger to make it a nice bed quilt, which was the original idea and for that I don’t have enough fabrics left !! But luckily when I was choosing fabrics for this quilt I went for fabrics which our suppliers have on-going. This way if I decide to extend it or change the design a bit I should be able to get my hands on more of the material. This is a photo before joining the last segments together and I’m really pleased with it. This is the stage where you can see if your colour choices are really working together or not. And I quite like the contrasts I have created specially with the dark blue next to orange and green.

I was also for a while thinking about the name, but having flowers in the windows, it has to be some sort of garden again, just like the Moonlit Garden (you can see the pictures here ) I have finished couple years back, which was all about dark blue, purples, pinks and bit of green. This time with all those yellow and orange I’m thinking about the name SUNNY GARDEN, how do you like it? If you have any other suggestions, let me know, as I haven’t made up my mind just yet.

Thank you for reading
